Projects and Project Portfolios
Aregis uses GAME Plan (Generate, Attribute, Measure, Evidence), its planning and delivery system, to organize priorities, connected projects, ownership, deadlines, risks, and proof of completion for the engagement.
One program can cover projects, project portfolios, and, for eligible advisory clients, a financial account. Projects and portfolios run on one plan. A private separately managed account is a separate path under Aregis agreements.
Program management of projects and project portfolios is the current offer. A private SMA, when it is a fit, is its own advisory relationship inside the same program conversation. SagaHalla supplies the technology engine. Aregis provides advice only under its own client agreements. Custody stays with the client or the client's custodian.

Eligible advisory clients may ask Aregis about a separately managed account. SagaHalla supplies the engine. The advisory relationship, suitability, authority, fees, and reporting are set in Aregis agreements before an account is opened.
A client may discuss both services. Each one keeps its own agreement, records, and authority. Investment assets stay with the client or the client's custodian.
Keep product, operations, hiring, funding, compliance, and partner work visible as the company grows and priorities change.
Coordinate several important projects, teams, vendors, deadlines, and risks without building a large internal program-management office.
Manage quality, remediation, manufacturing, digital-workflow, contract, or supplier programs where work must be completed and documented clearly.
A separate conversation for an eligible advisory client who wants individualized portfolio management through a separately managed account. SagaHalla supplies the engine. Custody stays with the client or the client's custodian.
A program can include project work and a private SMA. They remain separate services, with separate agreements, records, authority, and custody.
Help a growing organization regain control when projects, ownership, deadlines, and decisions have become fragmented or hard to follow.
